In this episode of Defender Diaries, I drive a couple of hours north of Melbourne to Castlemaine, to meet up with Aaron Barnes. Aaron is the creator of 'Barnesy's Builds', an engaging, educational and often hilarious YouTube channel dedicated to the many 'true blue' restorations he has undertaken himself. Aaron and I are joined by his beautiful Kelpie Jayco, where we talk all things Holdens, DIU restorations, funny fails, and memories of the racetrack. To wrap up our time together we dig into a signature Aussie culinary delight & Aaron fires up his next project, the series 2 Land Rover!
